What is the customization cycle and can I get samples?
Simple logo or packaging changes can be confirmed quickly. New structure or formula development usually takes 7-15 days for sampling and approval. Standard samples can usually be arranged in 3-7 days.
What files and formats do you need?
For artwork, AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG is preferred. For dielines or carton design, AI/PDF works best. A clear logo, size reference, and usage description are enough to start.
Do you support mold opening and packaging customization?
Yes, mold opening is available for projects that need a new shape or special structure. Inner bag, carton, label, master pack, and retail packaging can be customized for your brand and market requirements.
What certificates and MOQ do you offer?
